Social promotion is optional. Uploading or publishing on Mobile Residency does not automatically authorize external reposting. Choose “Get more exposure,” select platforms, and accept this agreement for each reel.

You keep ownership.

You grant Mobile Residency a nonexclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to reproduce, publish, distribute, display, perform and promote the selected reel on the Mobile Residency accounts for the platforms you selected. We may resize, crop, trim, add captions, accessibility text, creator credit and branding, without materially misrepresenting you. The permission includes use through the hosting and publishing providers needed for those platforms.

Monetization and credit.

Our social accounts may be monetized. Mobile Residency may receive and keep advertising and platform revenue from these posts. You are not owed payment or a share of revenue unless we make a separate written agreement. We will identify your chosen member handle and include your selected profile, shop or listing destination, and supplied social account links or mentions where the platform supports them. Some platforms do not make every link clickable. Exposure is an opportunity, not a promise of posting, views, followers, enquiries or sales. Creator permission does not guarantee that a platform will allow monetization.

Your permissions and responsibilities.

You confirm you own the reel or can authorize all these uses, including commercial use of its video, music, voice and other material. You have necessary permissions from identifiable people and any required parent or guardian permission. Music available inside one social app may not be licensed for reposting on another platform. Do not submit copied clips or music without the required rights, private information, misleading claims or content prohibited by our community rules. Tell us promptly if your rights change.

Review and publication.

Only public reels are eligible. Site publication is separate from promotion review. New creator submissions are reviewed before external posting. We may designate a creator as trusted so later opted-in reels can enter automatic publishing. Reports, privacy changes and account restrictions may hold or cancel a request. We may decline any promotion. Platform account connections and publishing availability may delay a request.

Withdraw or request removal.

Use Edit reel → Withdraw permission or contact mobileresidency@gmail.com with the reel link. Withdrawal ends permission for future posts and cancels pending posts. Published or already-dispatching copies enter a removal queue; we will make reasonable efforts to remove copies we control. Changing a reel to private, unpublishing it or deleting it also cancels future promotion and requests removal of published copies. Withdrawal cannot undo revenue already earned or recall screenshots, downloads, caches or third-party reshares. Retaining a private consent record for administration and dispute handling does not permit new promotional publication.

Your record and questions.

We record the agreement version, acceptance time, member, reel, selected platforms, credit and destination, plus publishing and withdrawal status. Read our Terms and Privacy notice. Contact mobileresidency@gmail.com about permissions, incorrect credit or removal.
