Accounts.

You must be at least 18 to create an account. Provide accurate information, protect your password, and use only accounts you are authorized to access. Contact us if you believe your account has been compromised.

Listings and member transactions.

Post only vehicles and physical goods you own or are authorized to sell. Our Marketplace rules, Pickup safety guidance, and Shipping & returns policy apply to Marketplace and Member Shops. Describe price, availability, condition, and material issues accurately. Use images and content you have permission to share. Member listings are not inspected, endorsed, or guaranteed by Mobile Residency. Buyers and sellers make their own agreements and handle inspections, ownership checks, payment, delivery, registration, and other obligations. Mobile Residency does not act as a vehicle dealer, broker, escrow service, or payment processor for these transactions.

Your content.

You retain ownership of your content. You permit Mobile Residency and its service providers to host, display, and process it as needed to operate the features you use. Do not post others’ private information, infringing material, fraudulent offers, unlawful content, harassment, or spam. Do not use the service to impersonate someone, compromise accounts, or interfere with its operation.

Places and member experiences.

Campground records and member submissions may be incomplete or outdated. Confirm closures, permission to stay, reservations, fees, and vehicle access with the operator. Distance is approximate straight-line distance, not driving distance. Write only firsthand reviews, disclose relevant relationships, and do not post fabricated ratings, harassment, private addresses, or content you cannot share. One editable review is permitted per member per place. Owners may reply but cannot rate their own listing. A claimed listing identifies an ownership review, not a guarantee of service quality.

Moderation.

We may review reports, remove or limit content, and suspend accounts to address rule violations, abuse, or security concerns. Contact us if you believe an action was a mistake. Reports, corrections, and closure reports are available on directory places and contributions. Report listing is also available on published rigs.

Originals and Member Shops.

The current Originals catalog is a preview. Artwork, materials, prices, and availability may change; adding something to the preview bag is not an order or reservation. Member Shops is available for member storefronts and local-pickup listings. Products can appear both in the seller’s shop and Marketplace. Shop names, individual/business labels, and member profiles are not verification badges or endorsements. Sellers remain independent and responsible for their products and obligations. Shipping, orders, seller payouts, inventory quantities, online checkout, and platform purchase protection are not enabled. Creating a shop and posting listings are free in this launch; any future fees will be disclosed before you opt in. Joining an Originals notification list does not guarantee a launch date or access.

Fuel the next chapter.

When enabled, support is a voluntary one-time payment to Mobile Residency in USD. It does not purchase merchandise, membership benefits, ownership, investment returns, or delivery of a promised future feature. No recurring charge is created. Review the amount before authorizing payment. For payment problems or refund requests, use Contact & support.

Responsibility for member transactions.

Mobile Residency provides discovery and messaging tools. We are not a party to buyers’ and sellers’ sales agreements and do not hold their funds, inspect items, verify vehicle titles, guarantee delivery, or insure meetups. The seller, not Mobile Residency, supplies a member-listed item and must disclose defects, have authority to sell it, and meet applicable tax, licensing, safety, warranty, and consumer obligations. Buyers should inspect items, verify ownership when appropriate, and agree on price and pickup before paying. Reporting tools do not create a guarantee that misuse will be detected or prevented.

Limits that applicable law permits.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, the service is provided as available without additional promises about member content or transactions, and Mobile Residency is not responsible for losses caused by another member’s fraud, unsafe items, nonperformance, or off-platform payments. These provisions do not exclude liability for our own fraud, gross negligence, willful misconduct, or any duty, remedy, warranty, or consumer right that cannot lawfully be limited. Nothing here guarantees immunity from liability or prevents you from exercising statutory rights.

Complaints and policy changes.

Use Report listing or Report shop for misleading offers, prohibited items, or transaction concerns. We may request relevant information and moderate access; we cannot refund money we did not collect. You may appeal moderation through Contact & support. We will date material updates and request renewed acceptance when Marketplace rules change. If you do not agree to new rules, stop using affected features and contact us for help with your account.

Availability and responsibility.

The platform is developing and features may change, pause, or be unavailable. We cannot guarantee uninterrupted service, the accuracy of member content, or the outcome of member transactions. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or responsibilities that applicable law does not allow to be excluded. Material updates will be reflected here with a new date.

Illustrative demo community.

Clearly labeled demo profiles, listings, shops, journeys, ratings and conversations demonstrate features. They do not represent actual members, real sales, real reviews, available services, reservations or verified visits. Demo prices are examples only. Demo activity is separate from real member counts, directory ratings and search ranking.

Videos and audio.

Upload only video and audio you own or have permission to share, and respect the privacy of people depicted. Do not upload unlawful, exploitative, deceptive, harassing, or infringing material. A reel must accurately represent its associated listing. You retain ownership and grant Mobile Residency the permission needed to host, process and display your content to the audience you select through our service providers. Video duration, upload counts and playback may be limited to manage capacity or misuse. You can report videos and comments for review; authorized operators may restrict or remove content under these rules. Share links do not override audience settings, and no sharing setting can prevent a permitted viewer from recording or saving what they see.

Optional creator promotion.

External social reposting requires a separate opt-in for each reel under the Creator Promotion Agreement. It may include monetization retained by Mobile Residency without payment to the creator. Ordinary site uploads do not grant that promotional permission.
